I ask because I often recognize behaviors in my mother—one-tone voice, being distant, can't always Identify sarcasm, fixation with certain topics (for her it's religion), and subsequently interpretation of information as literal

Has anyone ever filed a complaint with their state's board of education because the district did not resolve the issue? My issue is my son's school has not had a speech therapist on staff all year. I found out the one from last year is still in the district but in a different position...... Did the issue get resolved after this?
