Could I Get Some Advice On What I’m Looking For When It Comes To Choosing The Right therapies or anything might help ?? My daughter is Mia 4 years old dx with severe autism and she’s very delayed fine and motor skills ? She’s also not walking yet only takes steps. Needs one on one care.

If I could start all over again with My Son, And now knowing what I have learned in the 28 years, I'd get Him into Speech Therapy and anything to do with Motor Control (Gross and Fine).

Probably speech, physical therapy, and occupational therspy to start. The physical therapy probably would help with walking.

OT and speech to start. We are working hard with my daughter with her aac device at school and at home. We tried pecs at that younger age, tried sign language both was to difficult for Ashley and she was unable to learn. She did little better when i made my own picture cards of her items. We been working with device since kindergarten. Its going take time till she learns how to use. I would say look into getting a device and modeling it. Could do ipad too with app
