Update: Hi Alyssakaye! I want to thank you for your suggestion to remove the diapers! My son goes to the restroom on his own now. I still have to remind him a few times but not as much (mainly morning and before bed). Still not pooping everyday but I believe it’s because he’s been sick.

I was going to give up but if it weren’t for you and my sister in law. Thank you and God bless you!

Laughter @Amamda343.
Does he have a favorite toy that makes him laugh?
Let him have that while sitting on the toilet.

Hi! Does he typically poop at the same time everyday? I completely took away diapers and eventually he went in the toilet

I don't agree removing them fully his brain hasnnt developed that natural alarm that says wake. Up! I do. However believe on his tasking he will little. Guy undies while awake tak him to the bathroom ervery 20 minutes gets him into the habit. I know it's frustrating atm but the calmer you remain the easier it is on him want. Will be as an adult
