ABA therapy can help with intensive potty training if you have a place nearby.

We use to play the potty song on YouTube
Also my son was motivated by food .
So we had a lockbox and when he peed he got a little treat and when he went #2 he got a bigger treat. He was potty trained in 3 days he was non verbal also

I have the same situation a few months ago. In my experience what works for me is to have visual schedule and repetition to go to the bathroom every time she want to pee or number 2 with many tantrums all the time. One day she got it and goes to the bathroom for number 2 and I was so surprise. I thought it will never happens but repetition and follow up through works.
