Do You Have A Good Cookbook That You Use?
Or do you happily make your own receipes?
I love albondigas when cold :) i use my moms recipe
My favorite book is “How to Cook Everything” by Mark Bittman. It’s large and has just about any sort of food that you might want to make, including variations of the recipe.
I try to find recipes for dishes and desserts my mom used to cook and bake. My dad used to say she was the “best cook in the West” lol ❤️ A really good one is arroz caldo. It’s perfect for cold weather.
I have the one's that My Mom had, but I only use them for ideas.
Betty Crocker, etc... (or so I thought, I can't find them now).
Mostly, I wing it.
Like adding Stuffing into Our MeatLoaf instead of Panko Crumbs.
Same 😂🤣 I also look on the internet. Sometimes I see some good ones on different social media sites.
