Looking For Behavior Medication.
My 7 year old transition verbal (he is saying words but struggles to find the right words at the correct time) son has severe behaviors. I am concerned because when he gets frustrated he head bangs. Recently he head butted the director at his school. When he gets upset he goes 0-10. I have tried to avoid meds by trying the natural route. Unfortunately, he is getting older and bigger. My son started ability around 8 or so. I was not wanting to try meds that weren't natural but we got him on ability because the head banging was alarming. It helped him. Every kid and everyone's body is different.
