This gives a good overview if you decide to homeschool. I could only find applying for scholarships as the way Ohio helps with the cost of homeschooling.

I found this chartered school in Cleveland if you didn't want to homeschool. It's so crucial for our kiddos to get social exposure. I will look for the state homeschool info too.
