Also you need to ask your PCP about adding any natural sedation if she already takes medicine

What are the behaviors and is it periodic or lasting hours? Are you worried she can hurt herself or accidentally hit another?

Melatonin is the best one I use for my 8 year old autistic son, because it's safe, natural, no overdosing, no panic if accidentally swallowed, doctor recommended, no side effects really and no addictive chemicals. I know it's used for night time but maybe it would work if a small dose was given in the morning to calm her down.....hope you find something that works. Seems like it's constantly a hit or miss, trial and error, with finding out the perfect solution. Good luck!!

Thanks she has a neurologist and PCP.I am currently trying to find a psychiatrist for her that takes her Medicaid insurance and accepts new clients. It is alot of behavioral problems and obsessive compulsive behaviors. Her doctor added Prozac to her seroquel and clonazepam. I don't want to put her in a home...not yet😪
