Melatonin Brands (US) That Are OK For Kids With Food Allergies?
My son's doctor recommended melatonin to support falling to sleep issues. Because we are managing multiple food allergies, researching brands is an intensive part of the process. I've learned that in the US, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) does not oversee vitamins and supplements, so does not have standards in place re: allergen information, disclosure, reporting, etc.
