I like this website glutenfreeonashoestring.com. For the most part, stay away from processed foods, some brands of baked goods have mixes to make easy, and I've heard unless absolutely medically necessary, don't bother because it doesn't make a huge difference. I'm trying to push rice noodles on to my son, but he's not having it! Good luck!

Most grocery stores have a gluten free section but most of the stuff there is a much higher price. When I was on a gluten free diet I just replaced pastas and other noodles with rice or rice noodles which are not pricey but normally gluten free.

My daughter has to be gluten free for reasonable prices try Aldi's and Walmart too. Some dollar stores even carry things now. Also price things online. Also do coupons online and sign up for companies for coupons.

No problem- when I was first starting someone sent me a sample box and it helped me see what there was out there

Lots of brands have gluten free options now- send me your address and I'll send you a box of different things like brownies and pasta. I have a stock pile
