How Long Does Your Kiddos Meltdowns Last?
Meltdowns and behaviors
@A MyAutismTeam Member I agree with that statement. It is important to know what is triggering the meltdown. For me, it would be hopelessness that I will recover from my low immune system. In the past, I would get sick constantly and if some time passed I would most likely have a meltdown out of despair. People yelling for a long period will cause me distress. One major factor is being away from my mom for long periods. For me, she is the only person who understands me.
Another example is when my sister brings friends over to the house and they stay long. It causes me irritation because I feel like they are invading my personal space. I feel like moving to an empty room and reading my book. The last example is if things don't go as I plan. I will become panicked if my plans go wrong.
Varies, because it really depends how fast that I can Identify what Triggered the MeltDown.
How's your tolerance to 'Turmeric' and 'Honey' @A MyAutismTeam Member? Those will help with your natural immunity.
Things don't go "as Planned" for Me 90% of the time, I just then skip it and then research it more before trying it again. It's not as if you only get 1 chance at it.
@A MyAutismTeam Member I take a spoon of honey at breakfast. On the other hand, turmeric in pill form does not go well with me. Apple Cider Vinegar with Turmeric works for me.
Thank you Allison2!
