When I first got my oldest I didn't even know he was autistic like his mother never even got him his shots he was just turning six freak me out the first time he played with his poop are truly thought it was impossible and I thought about giving up like there is no hope I didn't want to fail him

I thought it was cruel to make him sit there so I gave him things to do like tablets books toys whatever
I had to make him sit there almost the entire day on and off the first couple days and still nothing
I just stuck with it and every time he pooped he could get up for a couple hours then go back
We called it his office like it made me feel horrible that didn't seem to bother him Just got to make them get up and dance and shake every so often make sure they don't sit too long not like be reasonable give them something to do though cuz he'll be there a long time.

I had to do it like it was the only job at the time kind of thing eventually over a month he got it doesn't have any accidents or anything
I really thought it was hopeless like he would have to sit there a long time You will feel bad that doesn't seem to bother them that much sometime like they can outlast you and refuse just hang in there..
I have two others that are starting right now It seems to be going good with the strategy especially when the first one gets it other ones do.. You will be a lot happier and feel so accomplished it will be worth it so will your boy I promise

Thanks another issue is grandson, takes his feces and smears it on walls etc.
