How Much Time?
How much time do you spend on screens? On activities? On schoolwork? On therapies? How do you find enough time for everything?
Good question mine gets therapy 8 am to 4 pm 5 days a week screentime is currently only limited to potty time mine uses a bathroom everywhere but home
For my son, it varies. When it comes to private speech therapy, it’s 3 times a month for 45 minutes. The rest of his therapies are school-based per his IEP.
There is never enough time for everything! But I do set aside time for chores and activities. Sometimes I go with the flow.
