Overnights pull ups if she can't wake up to let you know she needs to go it will keep the bedding dry....I read an article about how human were able to wake up before alarm clocks one paragraph wasabout indigenous men theyknew how long it would be after drinking water before it would wake them up so it was their alarm clock you might consider tracking input and output of liquid and set a schedule for that time mine can't wake up to go either but we also added a potty chart I got a daniel tiger one stickers are reusable and it gives you 4 weeks that may help also if you take her the moment she wakes that helps as well

If you can identify a natural pattern, try to build a schedule into reminding - right before bed, first thing in the morning, 45 mins after meals, etc. Also, if middle of the night is an issue, maybe get some cute nightlights to put in on the path to the bathroom (maybe a string of lights down the hall), to make it less scary to go alone at night. Talking about what would help her may not yield a lot of insights from her, but it may help her understand the need to try, and to feel supported in trying.
