Daycare And My Autistic Child

Can I report a daycare for wanting to kick my child out because of his autism episodes?

It’s a difficult conundrum because looking at it objectively you can see why daycare centers wouldn’t want kids who were very disruptive or even harmful to other children.

I had a horrible time with daycares when my son was younger. When we moved from. Tennessee to Texas, I was told we would need to provide an aide to accompany him to daycare. You can you report a daycare for discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities act. But daycares have much more leeway than schools and do not have to obligate themselves for extra expense or to continue to work with kids who may be hitting, kicking, biting. I would like to see more accommodating daycare programs. Here is the info I found
