Yes. I think all of the parents and caregivers here worry about the inevitable.

Yes, I am always on a rush and not looking at me because I have a full schedule. One think that I am working right now is trying not to be burn out. I am joining parents groups with kids in the spectrum and trying to do a lot of walking with nature to be grounding and have less stress. I am also looking on choice for eating better and I use one day for meal prep for the week then I have more time to provide good quality care for my kid.
