Ipad Obsession/meltdown Guidance

I always give a time ahead “5 more minutes with the ipad” and then we say goodnight to ipad. If they ask for more time I give them 2 more minutes, because they have asked rather than fussing, and then they are usually ok. Also they have a set ipad time at 7:30pm so I remind them they can do it again tomorrow, or during the day they can have it again at 7:30pm.

We have had to limit mine...she only watches educational by choice pbs cocomelon and recently blipee I think I spelled it right. But it's an issue and a fight. I've realized though she sees me on my phone and is just imitating.

My kids have sleep time ,educational youtube time(youtube connected to the tv),store time and iPad time.I hold on to the iPad and only give it at iPad time.They don't have endless iPad time at school.If you can a schedule may help
