Members shared a wide range of therapies and interventions that have helped their children, covering everything from music therapy and massage therapy to ABA, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Several members highlighted the value of social connection through groups like Special Olympics, jazz dance, chorus, and feelings groups at school, noting these helped with anxiety and social skills. A recurring theme was that combining multiple therapies over time, along with community involvement, made a meaningful difference in their children's well-being.
