I believe my son has found benefit from ABA Therapy and Social groups.

Social groups!!

My wife discovered that the computer would calm me down after a meltdown. I still have problems, but she is so good at controlling me when I get upset.

We have found horseback riding to be very therapeutic & calming to her, although expensive.
Also social skills group has been very helpful.
Take anything & everything if it’s being offered at no cost through a school or disability services.

Four years ago my daughter had alot of anxiety and back pain and we found massage therapy to be helpful
