A Working Young Adult On SSI
As a parent who will soon have a working young adult child starting soon and I don't want him to lose his SSI if any of you parents or anyone who understands that my question is for example like do you work two days or just the weekend from what-to-what hours. I definitely continue with his therapy.
Thank you
Defiently check with your local.office to see how many hours he can work without effecting his benefits.
Hello , everything going so/ so, my son father doesn’t want to give my son his health insurance card. I have to go through hoops trying to get it. Now have to wait. His father upset because he can’t have me so he just trying to push my son over dumb stuff. I have health insurance dental and vision on my son. My son can’t get help from the SSI until he turns 18. He just turned 17 this month . How things going with you
When I worked at hardees and McDonald's the limit was 20 hours for ssi not to be affected. This has been awhile ago and the manager would just schedule that amount of hours. If you call social security, someone can tell you if it's changed.
