Hi Raghu you can try to make him wear a weighted jacket it might help not sure if he will wear it also try to get his eye sight checked and try to put padding on the walls and have his safety no injuries also chamomile tea might help distracting him from banging his head to something else like bubbles play dough etc might help

Thanks Teriana, we have checked him with psychiatric and also did MRI, nothing seems suspicious, all results came back negative. We will try the hug and rock and see if that helps. thanks

Have him checked for headaches. My son started doing this in reaction to seeing a negative behavior from another person . Then it was also when he didn’t feel good (headaches)

To stop this I’d try giving a firm snug hug and rock or just tell the child how amazing they are and loved. Kids with autism and similar symptoms- usually don’t do well with speech but they usually do well being spoken too even if they seem to not be listening or understand all the time.
