Any updates? Similar situation and father just did an application in December and I wasn't able to bring up any of the issues or the high safety concerns and his previous breaking of the order, but due to me missing a court because it was sent to my po box (and I dont go often and we hadn't seen him in 1.5 years) the judge freaked out on me and issued police enforcing visitation with overnights!

I didn't meet with him for pick up so police were called by him on me. I told the police all my concerns and I have all the proof in messages etc, and they said they wouldn't enforce it.

Father applied for enforcement at the court last week. SAME judge! My luck (and I filed a complaint on her too) and she lost it on me about disobeying her and I think im above the law and she said i was in contempt and she was giving him double time. and next time fines, jail and giving him full-time!

I dont know what to do, I've never cried so much in my life. Im just trying to protect him. Every other judge i have had has been extremely fair, listened to both sides and made a decision.

This lady wong even listen to evidence. I was waving around text messages and documentation and she kept saying to me "so?" and a bunch of personal biased comments. I think any other judge would have seen it differently 100%. In the past he got soo many conditions over just 2/100 items I have in past events.

This weekend is his 2 day visit and my son is freaking out crying and hyperventilating saying he doesn't want to go.

There are alot of variables. Is your child able to express why they do not want to go? If not, a video of their behavior may be helpful to show the court that it is not just you blocking visits.

I am going Thru the exact same situation. His dad beat me up when I was 4 months pregnant and he got overnights because my attorney left me on trail date so I had no other option but to sign his deal. I have hundreds of videos of my son SCREAMING when he even comes close. He is doing this to torture me and it’s working. I haven’t let him take him overnight yet but I’m horrified of that dreadful day I have no choice 😞😢😭🥺
