i go on Amazon and types in autism toys and it got a lots of sensory toys and stuff that autism kids would love to have.

Legos, or any building blocks, are fun. Maybe the building kits where you can build something that can then be played with, like a car.

I dont know if your child is into stem toys, but legos, kids knex, magnetic blocks, and marble run keeps my son entertained for hours. Stem toys allows children to tap into there creativity.
