Anyone use these for sensory input? Thinking of buying one for using for deep pressure but gentle massage but can’t find any info on what weight to select. They come in 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 pound sizes with diameters that increase accordingly. Eg 8 pound ball is 7 inch diameter.

My child is almost 8 and maybe 45 pounds herself.

What else do you do with these balls?
