have you tried a medical supply service? like active style or hdis? they have things like that. be careful as they also have pull ups too, the ones marked brief are the diapers. you can use pulls while the child is lying down. if you child is active at all I'd recommend the pull ups as they are more form fitting. They do have a lot of options in diaper styles as well. They have reps that will help you with what you want that will work for you if you look them up and call them. Hope this helps.
