Talked to the school your brother is at.document everything thats happening with him getting bullied and if the principle dont take action theres the district that will follow up if you report the bulling and also if nothing happens there then i would seek legal help because your brother has a right (FAPE )and if he has an (IEP ) and not able to reach his goals due to kids bullying him then thats a big issue! I hope the bullying stopped by now but if not then i hope this helps.my son was bullied and it makes me as a parent upset and sadden hearing /reading this children can be so mean and cruel at times :/
