I Am Looking For Help In Finding Activities (home-based) That Will Engage My Rather Severely Autisitic 15 Year Old Son.

We have run out of school options for my son, and I will be staying home with him full-time. He is barely verbal, constantly wants to go "out", and has destroyed all his toys, furniture, etc. so he really has nothing to occupy himself with. I am at a complete loss as to how to deal with this behavior, and living overseas, have no real places/ people to turn to.
Thanks for any ideas!

OMG!!! I know you are so exhausted!!! But what I found with my son growing up is family. One day out of the month get all of your nephews, friends children and explain to them that he has a hard time showing he loves and wants to play with them.then sit back and reserve if u can have a sleep over. I had 19 nieces and nephews 3 girls the rest boys. And by the blessings of god!! this helped SOOOO MUCHHH!!!He started copying them don't get involved ( unless hitting or something) But this started him talking and other social things. do this for awhile or if u need to have some or all spend the night(ugh!)

Well, he does love just being in the car. I like the idea of a lot of small things in one trip so he doesn't get bored. I'll try to think of a few things he enjoys like that.
Thanks!

My son gets tired of being home too :/ he's 7 years old. I let him be on his iPad for a bit while I cook and clean. Then I take him out to go get my car washed. He LOVES car washes. Then we go to Kmart, shop or just look around the store. We then go to my moms house (she lives 5 min away) and we water her plants. My son loves getting wet with hose. Then we go get a small ice cream cone at Rite-Aid. We do ALOT of small trips but all this usually only takes an hour and a half. By the time we get home he's exhausted and I give him his iPad again.
