I went to the company's website, it is J&B Medical Supply( for Wisconsin residents).

Basically the website says there are a few steps one needs to go through. The company will get a

prescription from the doctor on the patient's behalf.

I am not sure about specific companies but in general if you need something paid for by Medicaid you have to get a prescription from your doctor first. The doctor will then send the paperwork to the company that provides them and that company will bill Medicaid.
