You weren't exaggerating about the waiting list for Medicaid waivers in Maryland. I thought Georgia's was bad.

You should still be eligible to enroll on the health insurance marketplace because you had a special event- you lost insurance coverage on your kid. We bought an individual insurance policy covering ABA therapy in Texas so it shouldn't be impossible in Maryland.

"Open Enrollment for 2016 plans has ended. At this time you may qualify to enroll for 2016 coverage if you are eligible for Medicaid, or if you’ve had a major life event or special circumstance, such as having a baby, getting married or losing other health coverage."

We are not qualify for a Medicaidifferent because our family income for 4 is 106.000.

We are in waiting list for Maryland Waiver Program wich is not based on income.

Concerning the enrollment true state market,the problem is we still have the insurance from my husband work but the company is considered as small so they don't cover ABA.And the company is in Virginia.

We live in Maryland,after contacting several insurance company in Maryland state to buy a individual plan for my son they said you cannot because the market is closed and you don't met the criterias.

I very confusing..

That is why we try to find a solution but I don't see the end of the tunnel.
