Does Anyone Have Experience With Atlanta Public Schools?
Hello - I am wondering if anyone here has personal experiences, good or bad, with Atlanta public schools. I have a 3-4 year old who is high functioning, and am getting to the stage where we need to think about whether our local school will be supportive, or whether we need to move. I've heard of differences between Fulton county and DeKalb county, and specifically am wondering if anyone has experience with Springdale Park elementary since that is where we would send our son. I am about to move to that school district, what has your experience been like so far? My son has bee nin gwinnett county so far (he will go into 4th grade) and i am nervous to move to atl public schools. I am looking at springdale or morningside elmentary.
Thank Linda! I appreciate the response. Do you have any experience with the elementary schools? We're really happy with where he is now for preschool/pre-K, but are wondering what it will be like once he goes to kindergarten. I'd love to learn where people have had good experiences.
