My 11 Year Old Daughter Is Very Attached To Me. She Is Constantly Telling Me She Loves Me, Hugs And Kisses About Every 30 Min. Any Advice?
Is it normal for my 11 year old to be affectionate towards only me ( mom) I love her dearly but the hugs, kisses and I love yous every 30 minutes can be a bit annoying. Is she lacking something in her life?
My 14 year old has been that way all of his life. He constantly tells me he loves me & asks for hugs and kisses.
I try to do it before he does, that way it's not as constant. And also to show him that it is reciprocal. I am grateful he is verbal and will let me hug him and kiss his cheek. These are his way of showing his love for me.
I give him a count. A certain amount of hugs and kisses per hour.
My 9 yr old daughter does this as well
