My son is currently being weaned off of the Deapakote for his Grand Mal seizures. His behavior did get worse after using the Depakote. We have been down the long road of DAN doctors doing GFCF diet, chelation, hyperbaric oxygen, supplements, etc, with little change.

Have you tried essential oils? I have recently been able to wean my son off of a blood pressure medication, which was used for helping with sleep, by using Lavendar oil instead. I also am in the process of weaning him off of a medication for behaviors and replacing with a blended oil. I WISH I would have found these oils years ago!!
