Toilet Training At Night

A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭
Thornhill, ON

My 6 yr old son is toilet trained during the day (although we have to tell him to do a #2 everyday otherwise he wont go). Suggestions on getting him to sleep through the night without wetting himself? How do i know if he's ready?

What I did to help my 5 years old was:
Making sure He uses the toilet before goes to bed.
Limited liquid after 7 pm.
It works for me since he was 4. Off course he had some accidents when he started to training . But it has been almost a year he did not wet his bed .
Good luck ! Best wishes
