We Just Started MB12 Shots And Are Giving Them To My Son Every Other Day. How Long (weeks, Months Etc) Did It Take To See Changes?

Did anyone not see results? Any that went from nonverbal to verbal?

My son took mb12 every 2 days for 45 days. We saw mild changes, but after 45 days we started mb12 on daily with great changes. My son started to talk. It was in December. He will start glutathione tomorrow.

We are using a combo of b12 and folinic acid but the doctor didn't mention lithium. Is that something that needs to be added to the shot or a supplement we can get ourselves?

If trying MB12, it is important to supplement folinic acid - need both as one can create deficiency of the other and both are needed in methylation cycle. Also lithium is needed for B12 transport and it is found extremely deficient in ASD, so that is also another one to consider. If an immediate responder (1/3 of the kids), should be able to tell within a week. Good luck.

We didn't get the miracle we were crossing our fingers for however we did see improves in 1 to 2 months. His eye contact is improving and he sometimes repeats words under his breath and he shows that he is aware of his environment.

We saw an acceleration in the rate of improvement within a month of starting the shots. My DD was in a double-blind, controlled study on mB12 injections. It hasn't yet been published (should come out sometime later this year) but the preliminary results found a 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 split between major improvement, no improvement, and mild improvement or mixed results (major improvement but also major side effects). My DD was in the mild category, but she had previously seen a major improvement after we had started DMG (another methyl donor) so it's possible that she had less room for improvement in her methylation status.
