Has Anyone Signed Up For The Smart911 Emergency System?

Apparently you give basic information to smart911 and can include a recent picture of your child(ren) and adults with medical information including any special needs they might have. You can also put in 2 phone numbers (including cell phone which they could be able to track via GPS if its an emergency)and all information you put in they will be able to see when you dial 911. It sounds like a great idea, but I need opinions, what do you think?
