Try it and make sure you do the diet all the way not half way

Not directly but through a nutritionalist that works under a Dan doc and it has shown immediate change in behavior and function! We went all free to gluten Casin and soy products and immediately found our almost 3 year old balanced in his emotions and much calmer in his actions!! We have recently completed a urine and hair/metals test which is highly recommended and followed through with adding supplements to get rid of the toxins and metals in his system which are helping our non-verbal son concentrate and even saying 20+ words in the past 3 months which is more than he has said in the past 3 years!!! Do your research and try anything that your instincts tell you is right for your child and your family! It's hard work but definitely worth it to hear my sons sweet voice!!

We have been doing for more than a year. This is definitely that every parent should explore. We saw definite and immediate efficacy from removing milk, adding DHA/omega 3s and MB12 shots (with B-vitamins including methyl folate). However, we didn't see much benefit from a lot of other things. We find the testing part very useful, so can make more informed decisions on what to try/what not to try. Even with prescription meds, doctors use "trial and error" since not every patient will respond the same way (even if there are double blind studies to prove certain meds work).
