Melatonin stopped working for my 4 year old. I was told I could give him a little bit of childrens Benadryl. Works great!

After a great deal of trouble with my DS we ended up on clonidine which has helped a great deal

melatonin, clonodine (very small doses work better than more) work for my son...with an enzyme they seem to work even better...
