My Brother Used To Have Autism Ticks,but Was Never Diagnoised.
his son also showed signs of this.My mom used to say that his problem was just one sightedness.She never got him help,now my child has asburgs with the same ticks.Wondering if my family is predisposed to this? My daughter and I have some of the same issues, but mine are to a lesser degree. We recently participated in a genetic study which showed that we share several duplications/deflections which are common in Autism. However, genetics are only ONE thing that can cause a predisposition to ASD. Nobody really knows DEFINITIVELY what causes ANY of it. In any case, blaming yourself , or anybody else, is wasted energy. In the long run it will only hurt you. Hang in there!
there does seem to be a hereditary component to autism thought it is not always the case.
