I started my son's program two months after his 3rd birthday. I learned to do the 1:1 DTT myself. I solicited local college students and trained and supervised them for twelve years. Within 18 months,he gained age appropriate receptive language(he was and is nonverbal due verbal apraxia)and began attending a regular ed. kindergarten.
