Just pick something and start. You'll soon not be thinking of the 'little things'.
Just doing one thing a day (that's not the normal daily chores) is what I aim for, but when I get 2, or 3 things done, I feel really good about My day.

It looks like from the previous answers, you mean things in general. When I read the question, I was thinking that you meant only autistic things, and was going to reply that you should be a member of your national autism organization (Autism Society of America), and be as involved as you can in its local chapter. For keeping up with the research, Autism Research Institute's quarterly newsletter is great. Peace,
